RETURN is a benefit company. We pursue economic purposes and common benefit, and we act responsibly, sustainably and transparently towards people, communities, territories, the environment, cultural and social goods and activities, institutions, associations, groups and other stakeholders.
What’s a benefit company?
This is a legal qualification, introduced in Italy by Law no. 208/2015, that companies can adopt if they choose to pursue, in addition to the objective of profit, one or more objectives of general interest in the course of their business activities. To adopt this qualification, companies must amend their articles of association and adapt their behaviour, committing themselves to generate a positive impact on society and the environment.
